A fix has been implemented on the data-centers. While this one fixes most of the routes, there might some other routes that are out of the data-center and even on different countries. If you experience time-out issues, reach our support team and provide a traceroute to your server hostname.

There is a networking issue at our Singapore location, this may generate time-out errors. Our Data-Center is already aware and working on this matter and we should get an update in the next 24 hours. There is no need to report this issue to support, stay close for any updates by this way.
